JH Telecommunications is a Telecoms company that started in 2013 and is the product of Hallam Jones and Dejan Holder, who have over 40 years combined telecommunications experience both at the Carrier and SMB level. Our mission statement is “Enabling Better Communication” because we know that a reliable communications system is critical to a company’s success.
This is so for two main reasons. The first reason is that it facilitates more efficient collaboration between employees, which allows them to complete tasks more quickly. Secondly and perhaps more importantly, it allows potential customers to not only reliably contact you, but to have a pleasant experience on the call without crackling, static or having the call drop. In a very real sense, this is the first impression for a customer and if it is unpleasant, there is a good possibility that they will call someone else. This means lost revenue.
